Terms of Service
Use of OpenAI GPT Technology
This system integrates OpenAI's GPT language model to enhance user experience, including natural language understanding and response generation.
- The AI functionality is provided by OpenAI through API services.
- Responses generated by the AI should not be interpreted as financial, legal, or medical advice.
- While AI responses are intended to be helpful and informative, the app does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or applicability.
Third-Party Services
This application may utilize third-party services including but not limited to:
- OpenAI (LLM responses)
- Authentication providers (e.g. Google, GitHub)
- Analytics or error reporting tools
These services operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage users to review them.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.
- Using the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not using the AI-generated responses in any way that may cause harm, mislead, or manipulate.
Limitation of Liability
Traveed is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the functionality or accuracy of AI-generated content.
We are not liable for:
- Decisions made based on AI responses.
- Data loss or corruption not caused by our own negligence.
- Damages arising from misuse of the application.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
Traveed offers subscription-based services with different tiers:

Free Tier: Includes limited functionality, such as a maximum of 20 transactions per month. Transaction history is limited to the current month.

Basic Tier: Provides unlimited transactions with full access to historical data.
Pricing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are auto-renewable and can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly subscriptions offer discounted pricing.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time. The service will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
- If a user upgrades during an active subscription, the remaining value of the current plan will be credited, and only the difference for the higher tier will be billed.
- Downgrading to a lower tier takes effect after the current billing cycle ends.
Refund Policy
Traveed operates on a no refund basis for subscription payments. However, we provide flexible subscription management to ensure customer satisfaction:
No Refund
- All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
- This includes monthly and yearly subscription purchases, as well as renewal charges.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial months or years already paid.
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@traveed.app.
- Cancellation is immediate, but access to premium features remains available until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time by selecting a new plan.
Access After Cancellation
- After cancellation, you will automatically downgrade to the Free Tier at the end of your billing cycle.
- Your transaction history and data will be retained but limited according to Free Tier restrictions (e.g., 20 transactions per month, current month history only).
Billing Errors
- If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, please contact support@traveed.app immediately with details of the transaction.
- We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include account credits or other remedies at our discretion.
Privacy Policy
To ensure functionality, improve services, and provide user-specific insights, this application collects and stores certain data.
- User data (e.g. transaction records, preferences) is stored in a secure backend database.
- Interaction data (e.g. prompts or queries sent to the AI) may be temporarily processed via OpenAI’s API.
- No sensitive information is shared with third parties without consent.
- All communication between client and server is encrypted via HTTPS.
- Traveed uses OpenAI Whisper to transcribe audio input. The transcribed text is then sent to OpenAI's API for interpretation and processing. OpenAI does not retain this data for more than 30 days and does not use it to train its models. Read more
- Personal information collected, such as the date, description, and amount of transactions, is used solely to display transaction history within the app.
Data Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy and data:
- All data is stored securely in cloud-hosted databases with encryption at rest and in transit.
- Your data is encrypted at rest when stored on our servers. Even in the unlikely event of physical breach, the data would be unreadable.
- If you choose to delete your account, all financial and personal data will be irreversibly removed from Traveed’s database.
- We retain account data for up to 6 months after an account becomes inactive, unless explicitly deleted by the user beforehand.
- An account is considered inactive when the user has not accessed the app or performed any meaningful activity (such as logging in or recording transactions) for a continuous period of 6 months.
- Access to user data is restricted and monitored.
- We regularly update and patch our infrastructure for known vulnerabilities.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
By installing, accessing, or using Traveed, you agree to the following:
- The app is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.
- You agree not to use the app for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws.
- The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
- All content, features, and functionality in the app are owned by Traveed and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or binding arbitration.
- This agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding use of the app. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
By using Traveed, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this EULA.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. By using the Traveed app, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this app will be handled under Indonesian law.
In the event of a legal dispute, both the user and the developer agree to first attempt resolution through honest and constructive discussion. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in Indonesia.
The choice of Indonesian law reflects our commitment to follow the legal standards, data protection principles, and consumer protection practices outlined by the Indonesian legal system.
We recommend consulting with a legal advisor familiar with Indonesian regulations if you require further clarification regarding how these terms apply to you.
User Rights and Contact
Users have the right to request deletion of their data, either by manually removing content within the app or by contacting us directly.
